The technology detects delaminated and thinned piping “jackets”, as well as those separated from the metal base. It can be used to detect delaminated waterproof coatings and pipeline sleeves.
The flaw detector is a mobile system that moves along the outer surface of the target product. Infrared scanning controls the detection. The surface of the target is not heated higher than +50 °C.
